Omar Southwold 45/14 plot 20 - Ref:10
Lodge size: 45/14
Built in 2014
This is a preloved holiday lodge overlooking our ornamental pond and gardens. This lodge also has a fantastic view of the North Norfolk steam railway line with its old locomotives that run regularly especially in the summer. The lodge has double doors at the front that lead straight onto the veranda what a superb way of spending an afternoon, watching the trains doing a little fishing or simply reading a book on the veranda with a glass of wine in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. The lounge is a great size with 2 sofas and a warm air fire, of course the lodge has double glazing and central heating through out. The dining room, with its free standing table and chairs is very comfortable for 4 people. As you walk from the lounge/dining room you come to a really well equipped kitchen with all the accessories of any modern kitchen such as washer/drier, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, gas hob/oven and loads of work surfaces. Again as you walk through from the kitchen through the interconnecting door, on the left you find a spacious spare bedroom with ample wardrobe and storage space. A little way down the corridor is the family bathroom with shower/bath, toilet and basin. From here you will find the main bedroom with built in wardrobes and a room at the back that could easily be used as a study or even a bunk room for young children!. This is really a unique feature of this wonderful holiday home which would be ideal for personal use or for subletting when you are not using it.
