We are pleased to announce that we have now opened Yaxham Waters Farm Shop, managed by Pablo. Our new Coffee Shop is under construction and will be opening soon.
The shop is well stocked with local produce, including fruit and vegetables sourced locally, organic and free range goods. We are also selling wooden sheds, conservatories [supplied by Waveney Windows] and garden furniture.
Set in 10 acres of wonderful parkland, our brand new proposed development is for 25 holiday lodges, camping and touring facilities. The planning application is now lodged with Breckland Council. If you are interested in supporting our application write to us at our address above or come into the Farm Shop and sign our petition in favour of the Development.

Centrally located in Norfolk, Yaxham Waters Holiday Park is a short journey to the beautiful North Norfolk Coast, with Norwich nearby and excellent transport links, making getting here part of the pleasure! Mature trees and shrubs border the Park giving a wonderfully tranquil and private feel to the whole area. At Yaxham Waters you are surrounded by nature, wild deer roam through the Park, with herons, ducks along with many other wild birds. The large ponds will attract fishermen,with an abundance of Carp and bream other fish which always enjoy being fed from one of our viewing piers.
