No flights or ferries to book, just hop in the car and turn up and make yourself right at home!
We purposely do not have bars, restaurants and supermarkets on our Park as our owners prefer the lovely peaceful surroundings to remain as they are. We have a wonderfully stocked Farm Shop on the Park selling a comprehensive range of goods for your holiday. We pride ourselves on providing the freshest produce at cheaper than the supermarkets - why not call us in advance and book a great holiday pack of fruit and vegetables and basics for your holiday? We can have your requirements ready for collection or put them directly into your fridge and kitchen ready for your arrival. For those needing a supermarket Tesco Extra is just over a mile away. Dereham is only 3 miles away and offers a good range of shops, entertainment and restaurants.
The Lodges
For luxury in a classic style, you can't beat our wonderful range of lodges supplied and built to exacting standards in Great Britain by well established and respected manufacturers like Wessex, Tingdene and Cosalt. The traditional log cabin style blends in perfectly with the quiet parkland setting - and inside its a real home from home. Built with high quality sustainable wood, lodges come fully fitted with electric wiring, plumbing, luxury kitchen and bathroom. There's an attractive full size dining area, a superb lounge, with full length panoramic patio doors opening onto a sun deck; a generous master bedroom and stylish bathroom. All furniture is included in the sale price, and can be tailored to your individual requirements.
The lodges are fully 'winterised' to domestic standards and are almost entirely maintenance free down to the Siberian larch cladding selected from sustainable forests. The kitchens feature a flat screen TV with surround sound, a stylish fireplace, plus contemporary furnishings. The kitchen boasts top quality fittings and work surfaces. The master bedrooms usually have walk-in wardrobes and en suite shower rooms. For the final touch of luxury why not choose the option to have a hot tub set into the decking of your own private garden? All our designated plots come with a personal parking space.
Sales
It would be an absolute pleasure to show you around the Park, even at this early stage it is easy for visitors to get an impression of the tranquil and beautiful way in which the park is set out within the landscape. To arrange a no obligation tour please telephone 07900 211909. You will be able to reserve your favourite plot and lodge off plan on a payment of an initial deposit of £500. The park is currently subject to planning so the deposit would be payable once it has been obtained.
