Lodge Plots

The lodges around the fishing lake (plots 4-10) have exclusive fishing rights where their gardens extend to the bank side.

All owners qualify for complementary fishing.

The architect designed layout ensures that all lodges have a good view and also take advantage of the southerly aspect.

You do as much or as little gardening as you like - lodges are set within large plots and we take care of the grass as part of our normal maintenance schedule.

All lodges have adjacent parking spaces.

Large verandas can be built to your exact requirements.

Ramped access can be provided for those with impaired mobility.

Wildllife on the Park

Herons and kingfishers can often be seen around the lakes, with woodcocks, woodpeckers, wrens and finches abundant throughout the park.

Wild deer roam close by and muntjacs can be seen from time to time.

There is an acre of secret garden, through which we have accessible paths for the less mobile and those with buggies. At the centre is an area set aside for quiet reflection with seating and a variety of bird feeders which attract much wildlife.

Our reception is fully staffed throughout the year and we are able to take mail and deliveries for you.

You can be assured of the best security. Our manager lives on the site along with two wardens. The park is fully gated and we have overt and covert CCTV in place to monitor the public parts of the park.

Concierge Service

Call us to let us know when you will be arriving and we will ensure your lodge is dusted, vacuumed, bed linen and towels changed (if required) and your fridge will be stocked with some essentials from our farm shop. Your lights and heating will be turned on shortly before you arrive to give you a relaxing and warm welcome.

Income from Your Lodge!

You can rent your lodge out or we can let it for you. Either way you can generate thousands of pounds in income, every year! We also offer a buy to rent plan. Please ask for full details.
