Arriving at the immaculate and high quality accommodation is the perfect stat to a holiday at Yaxham Waters. The management and staff are committed to making your stay with us relaxing and enjoyable.

Some lodges have a stunning bank side position with tended gardens, beautifully set in the Norfolk countryside. Fishing is complimentary to holidaymakers staying in our lodges and a productive and exciting time can be had on the private bank-side right outside your lodge. Family and friends can enjoy time on the extensive veranda or having a barbeque in the garden whilst the anglers in the party fish to their hearts content without being separated socially.

The lodges have full double glazing, central heating, patio doors which open onto the veranda, integrated appliances and open plan kitchen and lounge. Each lodge has slightly different arrangements with regard to the sleeping arrangements and bathrooms so please check before booking.

The lodges have extensive views over the surrounding countryside where you may see local prize winning Aberdeen Angus cattle roaming freely, long horn sheep, deer, woodpeckers, kingfishers and woodcocks to name but a small selection of the wildlife abundant on the park.

We have both detached luxury lodges and slightly smaller semi detached lodges available for hire. Both enjoy an exceptional position on the holiday park.
