Park Facilities

At Yaxham Waters our facilities remain close to our goal of preserving nature and living in harmony with local environment. We do recognise that every park should have features which make it unique and interesting to owners (and grandchildren!).

Our three ponds are beautifully landscaped and are designed to encourage the abundant local wildlife to integrate with the park. The play area will have a variety of fun and exciting apparatus including climbing frame, slide, sandpit and swings along with an obstacle course made from sustainable timber. A picnic area will be located close by, and is a lovely place to relax while children play.

We have created a secret garden with paths which are easy to use for wheelchairs and baby buggies alike. Mature native trees and organic fruit bushes form the main body of the secret garden which hides a small clearing with benches and sculptures.
